Q. Who is ABC for?

If you have a diagnosed digestive condition, ABC isn't a replacement for care from your healthcare provider.
Q. What is the recommended dosage and how should I take it?
Take 1–2 capsules after meals. Most customers take ABC after their largest meal of the day, or after any meal that tends to leave them feeling heavy.
Each bottle contains 60 vegetarian capsules — a one-month supply at the typical serving.
Q. When can I expect to feel results?
Everyone's body is different, so we won't promise you a date. What we can share is the pattern our customers most often describe:
· Weeks 1–2 — less intensity after meals
· Month 1 — bloating becomes less frequent; foods they'd been avoiding start feeling possible again
· Months 2–3 — their gut settles back into its own rhythm

Q. Can I take ABC with other supplements or medications?

Q. Is ABC safe for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals?
If you are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive, consult your healthcare provider before taking ABC — or any supplement. We'd rather you ask first.

Q. Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship within the United States and to South Korea. Orders typically arrive within about 5 business days.You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — in addition to the U.S., we currently ship to South Korea. Delivery times for international orders may vary.More countries are on our roadmap. Join the Root Cause Letter and you'll be the first to know when we expand.
Q. How can I change, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Anytime, in about a minute. Log in to your account, go to Manage Subscription, and you can change your delivery date, pause, or cancel — no emails, no phone calls, no hoops.Changes take effect before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Q. How do I join Why Club?

Q. When do membership benefits apply?
Immediately. Your first subscription order ships at member pricing, and your Root Cause Letter starts with the next issue.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
Why Club is tied to your subscription, so cancelling your subscription ends your membership — anytime, from your account page. Your benefits stay active through the end of your current billing period. And if you come back, so do your benefits.
Q. What is your refund and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — including opened bottles. If ABC isn't working for your body, send it back within 30 days for a refund (one opened-product return per customer).Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.We built ABC around a 90-day journey, but we'd never ask you to commit 90 days without a way out at day 30.
